Child Safety Standards Policy

SunEye Media is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform. We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that endangers minors.

1. Age Requirements

SunEye Media is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to create accounts. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on SunEye Media:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that depicts, encourages, or describes sexual abuse of children.
• Grooming behavior, including attempts to befriend a child online to facilitate sexual contact.
• Sexual exploitation of children, including sextortion, trafficking, or sharing sexual images of minors.
• Content that sexualizes minors or encourages harmful activities involving children.
• Sharing personal information of minors for harmful purposes.

3. Reporting and Enforcement

We use automated tools and human moderation to detect, review, and remove violating content. Users can report suspected child abuse in-app:

• Scroll down to any post and select →"Report" then write a report and submit
• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our Trust & Safety team
• We immediately remove CSAM and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities

4. Account Termination

Any account found to have shared CSAM, engaged in grooming, or otherwise exploited children will be permanently banned. We preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

5. Education and Prevention

We provide in-app safety tips and links to resources for users to learn about online child protection. Parents and guardians can contact us to request removal of content involving their children.

6. Compliance with Laws

SunEye Media complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU Digital Services Act, and all applicable laws regarding child safety. We cooperate with global authorities to combat online child exploitation.
